In the event that an ordered item is not available or we are unable to fulfil your order we will notify you within 2 business days to arrange an agreeable alternative item, a backorder or a full refund.

All transactions are processed in AUD.

All orders are pre-paid. For bank transfers please fax or email us an acknowledgement. We will ship your parcel as soon as your payment clear. If you choose to mail your payment (money order or bank cheque), please contact us before you send the payment so we are can look out for it.

Shipping and Handling
Shipping and Handling costs are outlined in Shipping Details and at the point of check out. Non-Australian orders are shipped by Air Mail International and are usually received within10 days of being shipped.
