RETURN POLICY

We offer a 30-day return policy on all jewellery. Change of mind returns will not be accepted for customised items e.g. ring resizing or engraving so think carefully before ordering a customised piece.

To return a product, please contact us as soon as possible and within 30 days from the date your order was shipped. Our customer service team will evaluate your request, record your product return information and issue you with a Return Authorisation Number (RA). Once this has been received, mail the product in its original condition with a copy of the receipt and original packaging to Returns Department, PO Box 6858, Baulkham Hills BC, NSW 1755, Australia within 7 days of receiving your RA. Please ensure that your RA number is clearly displayed on the return package. We suggest you use Registered Post or insure the item to ensure safe return. As soon as we have received your product we will issue you with your refund, replacement, exchange or credit.

Note: All returns must have an RA number. Any item returned without an RA number will be returned to the sender.
